Graduation Requirement

The requirements for successful completion of Grades 10, 11 and 12 are calculated as a grouping of 80 credits, among which 52 credits must be from mandatory courses and 28 from elective courses. AP courses are available, please contact the school for more information.

To graduate, students must have the following: 

  • At least 80 credits in total

  • At least 16 credits must be Grade 12 level, including a required Language Arts 12

  • At least 28 credits must be elective course credits

 

In addition, students must also complete three new graduation assessments:

  • The Grade 10 Numeracy Assessment

  • The Grade 10 Literacy Assessment

  • The Grade 12 Literacy Assessment
