The 2026 ( May Session) AP Exams registration is now open for all students.  

We provide the opportunity for students who are self-studying to write AP Exams in 2026; the following steps will be implemented to comply with the College Board requirements.

Application Deadline: 2025-11-14

STEP 1 – Paying to write the exam

​

  1. Fill up the " AP Exam Application Form," and send it to info@cityvanacademy.ca

  2. Students must first pay for each exam before December 30. 

  3. Provide legal first and last names, phone numbers, and email addresses in the form.

  4. Please note that the exam payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. Students must make sure they're committed to writing the exam(s) in May. 

  5. It is the student's own responsibility to keep updated with AP announcements and directions. So, please provide an accurate email address or phone number for us to contact you. 

  6. Please note there are a limited number of seats available for each exam.

Step 2 – Ordering the exam(s) 

​

  1. Following receipt of payment, students will be contacted through the email address provided with their payment and will be given a JOIN CODE for each exam to write. 

  2. At this point, the student will set up a College Board account at https://myap.collegeboard.org/login and provide personal information to the College Board for their records. 

  3. Use your legal first and last name as it appears on your identification.The student will then enroll themselves in the exam subject.

  4. Both steps 1 and 2 must be completed to order the exam. 

  5. If Step 2 is not completed, students will forfeit their registration fee.Please note that no regular exams can be ordered after March 1, 2026.

Step 3 – Writing the Exam

​

  1. All exam-only students will write their exams at the scheduled time at City Vancouver Academy High School .​　　　　　( Test Location Address: 3F- 5900 NO.3 ROAD RICHMOND, BC, V6X 3P7)  

  2. Students must arrive no later than 15 minutes before their exam is scheduled. 

  3. Please bring a government-issued photo ID to the exam (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, Certificate of Canadian Citizenship, or Permanent Resident Card ) and comply with all Health and Safety regulations. 

  4. Students will not be permitted to write the exam without a photo ID. 

  5. No electronic devices are permitted inside the exam area except for approved calculators. 

  6. Latecomers will not be permitted to enter.

  7.  Please note there are no refunds under any circumstances.This supersedes anything the College Board has stated.
